I work with adult individuals, ages 18 and older. I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, integrating evidence-based treatments, my clinical expertise and my clients’ unique individual needs.
Primary areas of practice include:
- Anxiety/Worry (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic and agoraphobia)
- Low self-esteem
- Relationship issues
- Work-Life Balance
- Adjustment/Life transitions (e.g. move/relocation, change in job status, starting college)
- Health & Wellness Issues (address psychological stress that often accompanies medical issues*)
- Women’s Issues
- Anger management
- Difficulty with decision-making
