While it’s always important to monitor and address your stress, during this time of COVID it is especially important as we socially distance ourselves from eachother. One way of addressing stress is through social support. And while we may not be able to do that in person at this time, it doesn’t mean that we have to stop reaching out. It means we have to get creative and think about how to socialize and get the social support needed through virtual means.
